I really doubt the legitimacy of this company. You can't reach anyone on the phone at all. I voiced my concerns about leaving messages multiple times and requested to talk to a manager, but guess what? You can only get through to folks who seem like an answering service, and it’s always a different person. They can't even transfer you, nothing. How's that for customer service? It's downright awful. Update: It looks like this company has a hard time dealing with the fact that women have both maiden and married names. Nice try, but you know full well it happened four times over two weeks and there’s NO CONFUSION. You all are just terrible. STAY AWAY.
